Prices
All products featured on our website are listed at trade
prices and are therefore subject to VAT at the
prevailing rate (where applicable).
Prices shown on internet are correct at date of
publication but are subject to change without prior
notice. Errors and omissions are excepted.

Manufacture
All our medical equipment is British made to order in
our UK factory.
Our
standard custom-made order manufacturing time is
normally 15-20 working days and will be confirmed at
time of ordering. note * If you require a product
urgently please call us
as we can usually accommodate urgent orders.
Note: Manufacturing times are approximate and may be
subject to change. This will be confirmed at time of
ordering or during production. Bespoke/commissioned
orders may take longer.
Please allow an
additional 2-3 working days after manufacture completion
for a standard courier delivery.
Delivery
Our standard
courier service is FREE OF CHARGE on all equipment
orders throughout mainland UK.
All equipment products are usually delivered FREE via a
third party courier. The courier will deliver during
normal weekday working hours to the business
/
organisation address you specify.
No particular day or time can be
specified with the free courier delivery.
For flat pack items - a courier will deliver the
equipment flat packed and boxed to the entrance of your
premises on a 2-3 working day service.
For heavy
/
large items & sets - a specialist pallett courier will
deliver your items fully assembled and crated to
curbside on a 3-5 working day service.
Free courier deliverys do not
inlcude any installation, fitting or packaging removal.
If you require an installation service or a timed
delivery - please see our personal delivery option
below.
Note: If ordering larger/bariatric items to be
delivered fully assembled via the free curbside pallett
courier service please ensure that this large product
can pass through your entrance, passageways and requires
a 2-man-lift.
All Mainland UK orders over
£75 qualify for a free courier delivery. For offshore
deliveries please see below.
Our specialist
personalised service offers a Meditelle engineers
delivery, assembley and installation of your equipment.
We arrange a specific working weekday and time window to
deliver. Your equipment will be installed and
demonstrated by our technician. Price dependant on
Postcode area- see chart below.
Note: Personal Installtion by
our engineers is strongly recommended for larger
equipment items, particularly if your premises are not at
ground level.
Disposal Service
A Removal service to uplift and dispose of your old
medical equipment is available to order with our
Personal Installation. An additional charge will
apply, POA.
Offshore
We regularly ship to offshore UK destinations (e.g.
Ireland
/
Channel Islands). Delivery by air or sea - POA dependent
on weight, destination and customs duty if applicable.
Please allow approx.10 working days for shipping to any
offshore destination which is required to go though
customs clearance.
Export
Overseas
We regularly supply overseas clients and welcome export
orders from around the world. We can provide competitive
quotes for bulk export requirements. We usually supply
on an ex-works basis for long distance destinations. We
can expertly produce, package and crate ex-factory for
collection.
